张彩凤，教授，澳大利亚联邦研究中心（Cooperative Research Centre of Australia）博士后，山西省腐植酸工程技术研究中心主任，中国腐植酸工业协会腐植酸质量检测中心主任，美国化学会会员，中国腐植酸工业协会理事，中国腐植酸工业协会腐植酸质量检测中心常务副主任，《腐植酸》杂志总编助理，长期致力于低阶煤生产高活性腐植酸的结构及其化学生物学特性研究，计算机分子模拟研究腐植酸结构及其对农药的增效研究处于国际领先水平，主持国家、省部级课题7项，与国内外知名企业合作项目36个，发明专利6项，获国家科技进步二等奖、山西省科技进步一等奖、国家技术监督局科技进步一等奖，在国内外权威学术刊物发表文章30余篇，其中SCI收录4篇，ISTP收录4，EI收录4篇；出版中国科学技术出版社专著《腐植酸与农药相互作用的研究》等。
